What is the 'Satisfaction Guarantee'?

If you arrive and unhappy with our accommodations, contact us immediately. We will provide you with a comparable or upgraded room at another Inn Boston Reservations location at no cost, including luggage and transfer. If there are no suites available we will provide a full refund less the processing fee. What does "un-hosted" or "self-catered" mean?
The Newbury is privately owned but has no host living on the premises. Our staff is always available for any questions or issues that arise by phone. Though our apartments include fully furnished kitchens, guests must provide their own food and beverage. Suggestions for neighborhood markets, restaurants and coffee shops are provided in each room. How will I receive my keys?
Once final payments are made, an access code will be provided via email which will allow you access to the building and your suite. Typically two sets of keys are provided, one in the key box outside your door and another inside your unit. Keys may be forwarded to you before your arrival but arrangements must be made in advance. Can I invite additional people?
We do not charge extra for additional guests. Our 1 and 2 bedroom apartments have pull-out sofas and rollaway beds can be reserved for an additional charge. Please request a rollaway when making your reservation or allow 24 hours notice. Please keep in mind that our studio suites have 1 queen bed and are not suitable for more than 2 people. Is parking available?
Limited metered street parking is available in front of the Newbury. Parking is very limited in the Back Bay and many of our guests have found renting a Zip Car to be an ideal solution. Nearby parking garages:

Yes, complimentary wireless internet access is available in all of our apartments. Is there daily maid service?
Maid service is not provided during your stay. Daily and weekly options are available for an additional charge. You can add these options when making your reservation through Inn Boston Reservations or give us a call and we'll add it for you. Traveling with a family
